Why do I no longer receive a data for countries that I subscribed to?
If you have update or reinstall the eiAIP to the new device please go to Setting-Subscription and press Restore Transaction. This interface allows a user to add the product to other devices or, if the original device was wiped, to restore the transaction on the original device.
Enable, disable auto-renewal Subscriptions
Subscription billing for the eiAIP is handled entirely through Apple using ones Apple ID. We are unable assist with billing related issues. This information is provided as a courtesy to our customers.
- Go to Setting.
- In Settings highlight Store on the left-hand side.
- Press the View Apple ID button.
- Enter your Apple ID password when prompted. In the Account window scroll down to the Subscriptions section and click the Manage button.
- Set the Auto-Renewal feature ON or OFF as desired.
