Why do I no longer receive a data for countries that I subscribed to?

If you have update or reinstall the eiAIP to the new device please go to Setting-Subscription and press Restore Transaction. This interface allows a user to add the product to other devices or, if the original device was wiped, to restore the transaction on the original device.

Enable, disable auto-renewal Subscriptions

Subscription billing for the eiAIP is handled entirely through Apple using ones Apple ID. We are unable assist with billing related issues. This information is provided as a courtesy to our customers.

  1. Go to Setting.
  2. In Settings highlight Store on the left-hand side.
  3. Press the View Apple ID button.
  4. Enter your Apple ID password when prompted. In the Account window scroll down to the Subscriptions section and click the Manage button.
  5. Set the Auto-Renewal feature ON or OFF as desired.
